For those who have registered, the Welcome Reception takes place on Sunday, 6.9.2026 at 7 pm in the Hotel foyer.
We will serve sandwiches, wraps and cake. You will get two vouchers for free drinks.

For those who have registered, the Galadinner will take place on Tuesday, 8.9.2026 at 7.30 pm in the Hotel restaurant.
We will serve a three course seated dinner.

For those who have registered, the guided tour will take place on Wednesday, 9.9.2026 at 2 pm starting from the hotel.
We organize buses, which take you to Holmenkollen, Vigelandsparken and Proton therapy center. The tour will end in downtown Oslo.
For those who have flights on wednesday, please email to judith.reindl@fys.uio.no so that we can schedule the tour, so that you get your flight.
Detailed information will be provided during the conference.
