Oslo has a very good public transportation service.
You can use RUTER transportation app, where you can search for journeys and buy tickets.

If you are planning to stay for some days of vacation, you might want to check the Oslo Pass with public transportation and museum tickets and more included.

From Oslo Airport:
The cheapest option is to take the train R10, R11 or R12 direction Oslo to station Lysaker. Change to Bus number 31 direction Snarøya and get off IT Fornebu.
This travel works with a normal public transport ticket for zone1, 2Ø, 3Ø and 4N (all together).
You can also take the Flytoget (FLY1) and get off Lysaker. Change to Bus number 31 direction Snarøya and get off IT Fornebu.
For this travel you need two tickets: Ticket for the Flytoget and an additonal ticket for public transport (zone 1).
You can also use a Taxi or Uber, for a higher price.
From Oslo Main station or Nationaltheatret:
Take a train which stops at Lysaker (e.g. R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, L1, L2). Change to Bus number 31 direction Snarøya and get off IT Fornebu.
For this travel you need a ticket for public transort zone 1.
